SAGlobal Adds Microsoft Cloud CRM Competency to their ERP, Microsoft Cloud and Development Related Competencies.

SAGlobal adds fourth competency to reflect their leadership in delivery of enterprise Business Solutions.

SAGlobal, the winner of the 2017 Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Worldwide Partner of the Year Award, has been awarded with the Microsoft Silver Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Competency, bringing the firm’s total number of competencies from Microsoft to four. This award is the result of SAGlobal’s consistent delivery of CRM services to their clients. From a focus on primarily ERP four years ago, SAGlobal has been expanding their delivery capabilities and experience to include CRM which is in line with Microsoft’s cloud strategy of bringing together Finance & Operations along with CRM in their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise edition solution which was released in late 2016.

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Competency recognizes SAGlobal for their experience, commitment, and proven success in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to their customers. SAGlobal has shown advanced expertise and a proven skill set in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365. To be eligible for this certification, Microsoft partners such as SAGlobal must:

  • Pass a series of exams, designed to show knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software
  • Submit customer references of work carried out
  • Employ a specific number of Microsoft certified professionals.

Meeting all these criteria ensures that a Microsoft Partner such as SAGlobal can deliver the high-quality level of service Microsoft expect them to.

In achieving the Silver competency for Cloud CRM, SAGlobal has demonstrated its ability to complete some of the most prestigious accreditations and meet industry requirements to attain its 4th certification from Microsoft, in addition to the three Gold certifications: Gold Application Development competency, Gold Cloud Platform competency and Gold ERP competencies.
